Dancing Nails

One day I was walking around with a 2" dia. by 1" thick N42 Neo in my hand when I got too close to a small nail. The nail looked like it was sticking out of my hand. that led to this experiment.

The nails line up with the magnetic field lines just like giant iron filings. When I move the magnet the nails re-align themselves to the new magnetic field lines.
